Here are some excellent results achieved, the result of synergy between professionals and the strong desire to feel better and take care of oneself.

Leonardo
7 months | +11,5kg (69,5kg → 81kg)

From DIY to body recomposition: Leonardo’s story

Leonardo studies, works as an educator for children with disabilities, and has trained for years. In May 2023 he chose to pair training with a nutrition plan. Before, he relied on internet templates and “miracle” supplements. Working together, he learned that lasting results come from method, not shortcuts.

What made the difference:
Tailored plan with adequate fats and carbs;
Periodization: bulking in winter, cutting in summer, then maintenance;
Targeted supplements;
Nutrition education → autonomy: closer check‑ins first, then spaced out;
Smart flexibility for social life; listening to body signals.

Results: More lean mass, less fat, improved shape. Strength and performance up. Stable energy. Hunger well managed during cutting phases. A calmer relationship with food (helpful given a past history of anorexia).

Leonardo’s message: "if it matters to you, invest. Learn how your body works, trust your guide, and don’t quit in the first weeks. Results show up—and stick".

Manuela
6 months | -21kg (105kg → 84kg)

From Struggle to Sustainable Change: Manuela’s Story

Before the pandemic, Mila tried to “DIY” her nutrition. Then lockdown hit, weight came back fast, energy dropped, and even simple chores felt hard. Seeing her father’s great results, she decided to start a serious, guided program—with one fear: “Will I stick to it?”

What made the difference:
No hunger, carbs included (not a deprivation plan);
One free meal and a flexible, realistic approach;
Gradual habit building: more movement, family-friendly meals;
New recipes, more fruit & veg, less reliance on sweets;
Ongoing coaching that focused on skills, not restrictions.

Results: –21 kg from October to April
More energy, fewer aches—signs of lower inflammation
Stable maintenance phase without rebound

“I learned to nourish myself, not just ‘eat less’.”
Her takeaway: Don’t ask “what do I have to cut?”—ask “what helps me live well long-term?” With the right guidance and determination, it’s sustainable.

Maria Concetta
10 months | -8kg (60kg → 52kg)

From Bloating to Well-Being: Maria’s Story

Maria wasn’t feeling well: difficult digestion, +8 kg, zero energy. We worked together and got things back on track. Last year she returned with her stomach in turmoil and the fear of not making it: we chose a personalized, flexible, multidisciplinary approach, often online (with some in-person check-ins).

What made the difference:
Tailored plan: carbs included, no hunger;
Food reintroduction (yes, even pizza… with strategy);
Yoga and meditation to support the body;
Regular follow-ups to keep consistency.

Concrete results: less bloating (abdomen and lower limbs), restored energy and social life.

Today Maria says: “This journey isn’t a parenthesis—it’s my lifestyle. Exceptions happen, but then you get back on course.” That’s the point: not rigid rules, but habits that last and adapt to life’s seasons.

Ottavia
10 months | -13kg (66kg → 53kg)

From out‑of‑town student to full control: Ottavia’s story

Ottavia studies Set Design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Verona. Long days (8:30–19:00), living away from home, and starting the pill led to +10 kg, bloating and low energy.

Goal: regain balance, feel well, and learn to self‑manage.

What made the difference:
Tailored plan for long schedules: simple structure, portable meals for busy days;
Cutting back on added sugars (no fear‑mongering): coffee/tea without sweeteners;
A phase without meat and dairy, then gradual reintroduction (e.g., feta) based on response;
Carbs always included, planned free meal: no extremes;
Real‑life training: swimming, brisk walks, short home workouts;
Consistent online check‑ins: accountability and support, even at a distance.

Results: From 66 to 53 kg, with a sustainable approach;
Much less bloating (including around the cycle), easier digestion; Steadier energy and no post‑lunch slump → better study focus; Habits that actually work.

Joel Capelli
2 months | -10kg (117kg → 107kg)

A true change. New energy. New awareness. Joel's journey: from an exhausting and physically demanding routine to achieving well-being, clarity, and lightness.
–10 kg
–15 cm off his waist

But also, above all:
more energy, more breath, more focus

All of this without extreme restrictions, but through a personalized, sustainable method — tailored to fit shift work and physically intense jobs. The numbers speak for themselves. And this journey isn’t over yet

Marco Comar
1 year | +5kg (86kg → 81kg)

Marco, a neurologist, found himself in a state of stagnation. A few years ago, he had started changing his diet on his own with the goal of gaining weight—specifically, increasing muscle mass. While he did achieve this goal, the results were a bit "messy." He had always managed his diet independently, as his hospital shifts varied greatly, and he feared it would be difficult to adapt a structured nutrition plan to his work and training routine.

Together with Andrea, a physiotherapist and personal trainer, we worked month by month to develop a tailored nutrition and training plan that would both fit Marco’s lifestyle and lead him steadily toward his goal: increasing lean mass and reducing body fat.

An incredible improvement in muscle quality, reduced body fat, and enhanced training performance..

Simona Tubbiolo
4 months | -7kg (66kg → 59kg)

“I thought it was normal to live with pain and bloating. But it’s not.”

Many people, like Simona, get used to living with symptoms that feel like “minor discomforts.” But our body is always speaking to us—and learning to listen is a true act of self-care.

There are no magic fixes, but a path built on awareness, compassion, and respect for your own pace can change everything.

If you recognize yourself in these words, know that you’re not alone. And yes, you can start feeling better—without extreme sacrifices or guilt. The first step? Truly listening to yourself. 🤍

Thomas Cavazza
7 months | +5kg (55kg → 60kg)

Thomas came to me with an irritable bowel problem that prevented him from enjoying a social life and caused continuous weight loss. He had cut out 90% of his food; even rice caused him great discomfort.

My first priority was to heal his intestines, and then to help him regain the muscle mass he had lost. Having overcome his fear of food and of being too far from a toilet, he has learnt to interpret his body's signals correctly, and has made peace with both food and his intestines.

We are continuing to build lean muscle mass and, above all, maintain awareness because the gut is our second brain!

Monica
6 months | -14kg (75,4kg → 61,4kg)

Monica came to her first appointment after gaining weight due to medication over the last 2 years. She had tried the DIY route—no success.

We started with a 4-week detox nutrition plan, tailored exactly to her: no breakfast included, because her stomach is shut in the morning. The plan adapts to the person—not the other way around.

6 months later: –14 kg, zero breakfast, and a closet full of new clothes.
Even her rally co-driver suit is now way too big! 😍

Noemi
5 months | -8,4kg (68kg → 59,6kg)

I walked into the doctor's office exclaiming that I couldn't lose a pound, that my body had plateaued, and that I didn't know what else to do. For months, my weight had stayed the same despite the sacrifices I made in both my diet and workouts.

After just the first month on the doctor's meal plan, I started noticing improvements, and now I can say that I have far exceeded my expectations!

I eat everything I like, and I've learned along the way to listen to my body.

Sport Performance

Doctor, I apologize for the late hour, but I wanted to update you. I've tightened my squat belt by one notch. YEAH!

Weight loss

It's going well, it's been about a month since I started following it, but I've lost some weight and I'm very happy. Everything had been stuck for a while. I really like the diet; I eat more than before. I haven't missed anything so far. I would keep going like this!

Swelling

I've been following the diet for five days!!!! I already see myself less bloated!

Red blood cells

Good evening Doctor, I wanted to let you know that I am also in a "precarious balance", I feel stronger, I also have quite good days and, in the last blood count I did at the beginning of the month, the red blood cells rose to a value that I hadn't reached for decades. I would say that little by little things get better.

Weight loss

In one week I lost 3 kg

Tiredness

In general everything is fine [...].
I don't know if it's just a 'placebo' effect but I'm already starting to notice a bit of a difference, I notice less tiredness and at work and during workouts.

Weight loss

I dropped a lot compared to the last time and also quickly (compared to my expectations).

Hunger

Good evening doctor, unfortunately I was sick for many days and consequently I didn't always follow the diet. The period in which I was constant, however, I felt very good, I always felt full and never hungry.

Weight loss

Good evening, I'm quite well, every now and then I get hungry, at the moment after 10 days my weight has decreased from 102 kg to 96 kg.

Circumferences

Very good, we are about 3/4 centimeters per area and almost 4 kg less, I am careful to do all the weights and always eat regularly! Thank you!
