How do the visits work? How long do they last?

Visits can be carried out both electronically and in person. The first part of the visit consists in considering the presence of any present or past pathologies and the pathologies of close relatives to also act in a preventive manner with respect to the diet. Subsequently, the dietary routine is analyzed (preferences, timing, degree of physical activity...) and then proceeds with the anthropometric measurements. At the end of the visit, a personalized food plan is issued with any suggestions for supplements to match. The duration of the nutritional journey is subjective: what is the starting point? Do I have a very hectic life?

What is the difference between an online visit and an in-person visit?

None in particular, the questions asked are the same. If the visit is in person, weight and circumferences are detected by the professional, while if it is telematic they are detected directly by the customer. In any case, the "real" weight is what is measured in the morning on an empty stomach after urinating.

How does home consulting work?

"Compared to the visit carried out in the studio, the great advantage is being able to stay comfortably at home in a known and certainly comfortable environment. We bring all the necessary equipment, except the bathroom scales and the food scales which are better to have on your own."

How long does the journey last?

One of the most frequently asked questions! It depends on the type of goal desired and the starting point, commitment and many external variables. The objective is to design a tailoring path that allows you to achieve the best results in the shortest possible time.

How long will it take to get the results I want?

Another very frequent question! It depends on the person, the pathological state, the type of life and work. We are now too used to having everything immediately, without then being able to maintain the result obtained. The body has its own times that must be respected so that it can be brought back to its balance and well-being: only in this way will the results obtained be permanent. This doesn't mean it will take years, on the contrary! Once you start and get into the rhythm, it will be normal to take care of yourself.

How often are checks carried out after the first visit?

The checks (day and time) are scheduled together from time to time depending on needs and the package chosen. Appointments can however also be managed through your reserved area or through the secretarial service on WhatsApp.

What can I eat as a cheat meal?

The free meal is free! For the first 10 days of the diet it is preferable to stick to what is reported on the food plan so as to be able to see what the body's responses are without "external variables". Then free meals can be introduced and you can choose what you like best.

Is there a diet to reduce localized adipose tissue?

According to scientific literature, there are no foods that allow you to reduce adipose tissue in specific areas. There are nutritional approaches (such as intermittent fasting) that allow the fat cells of certain body areas to be more mobilised. This is why it is important to combine the nutritional program with a training plan that can act in synergy to reshape the body. There are also some non-surgical or invasive treatments that allow you to speed up the process: find out which ones in your reserved area!

I often eat out, is it possible to still organize a nutritional journey?

Absolutely yes! Part of the journey is learning about nutrition and above all knowing it in relation to ourselves: what can benefit someone can be harmful to someone else. Increasing this awareness during meetings allows you to acquire the skills to become autonomous and know what to choose and when.

Does a targeted anti-aging diet exist?

What does nutritional journey mean?

"Nutritional journey" and not "diet" because everyone is different and has their own needs and requirements: it is essential to accompany everyone individually, step by step. To achieve the best results it is important to ensure presence.

How will it impact my routine?

The first few days are for adjustment both for the body and for the routine. The path is tailor-made: it is the diet that adapts to the person and not vice versa! Taking care of yourself through nutrition is a plus, not an additional stress factor.

Will it be difficult to find prescribed food or prepare meals?

It will be easy! In your reserved area you can directly purchase the products in relation to your food plan or even directly the ready meals as indicated in the diet. Alternatively you will find the list of physical stores closest to you so you can encourage local trade and purchase organic and zero km products.

How do I maintain my results?

Once all the objectives have been achieved, at the end of the path, the awareness achieved will allow you to continue independently. Obviously all the professionals who participated remain at your disposal at all times and it is possible to continue with the checks at the pace that is most convenient for you.
